The Racing (Totalisator Board) Act 1961 provides for the establishment of the Totalisator Agency Scheme 1961.

The objective of this Scheme is to set forth the method by which investment at race meetings may be made on the totalisator at totalisator agencies established or controlled by the Board.

A copy of the Racing (Totalisator Board) Act 1961 could be obtained for viewing from the library of the Attorney General Office or the National Library and a copy could also be purchased from the National Printer Office.
